With all the fashion that is out in the world, it can be overwhelming to know what to wear and how to build your Fall wardrobe. However, we’re here to help give you a go-to guide on how to practically hop on some of the trends in a practical way – and at several different price points!

The “Shacket ” Rage

Shacket- (Noun) A Shirt-Jacket. AKA all the rage this Fall! If you are going to get one thing to upgrade your wardrobe this fall, get a shacket! They are lighter weight than a coat, but more heavy-duty than a regular shirt or jacket.

Now say it with me – LAYERING. Fall is all about layering. A typical fall morning, it is around a crisp 50-60 degrees. But then in the afternoon sun, temperatures can spike to a warm 65-75 degrees. Then in the evenings, it goes back down to the 50-60 range. The only way to dress for weather like this? Layering.

 

We suggest starting with a fitted tank for a breathable layer that still adds some insulation. Then add a long sleeve top or lightweight sweater. After that, add your shacket. The best part about shackets is that they are typically a looser, slightly oversized fit which means that they will slip on and off with ease.

Hats- not just for hipsters at coffee shops anymore. If you’re anything like me, you’ve stayed away from hats because you’re afraid you won’t pull them off, or you’re afraid that you’ll look like you’re trying too hard. However, with the popularization of wide-brim hats and all the new tasteful styles, hats are less intimidating than ever.

Hats have been slowly becoming more and more popular, not only because they are fashionable, but also because they are practical. Bad hair day? Maybe it’s just time for a good hat day!

If you are new to hats – welcome! We’d love to get you started with some simple styling advice. First, we think that a wide brim black hat is a great place to start. Of course, individual styles will vary. We love mom jeans because they are fashionable without sacrificing comfort. These looser-fitting jeans have become all the rage! With denim that comes in shades of blue or black, these jeans are perfect because they can be worn with anything and they can easily be dressed up or down! These are a great staple piece that you’re sure to love and they don’t cut off your circulation like some skinny jeans. Win-win! All Brown Everything

The color you’re going to be seeing all season long: Brown! I’d bet my bottom dollar on that. Why? Because brown is a neutral that goes with SO MUCH. Plus, it’s a much warmer color than your classic black or grey.
