Release and Hold Harmless Clause*

I understand that the use of firearms has inherent risks and I fully assume those risks voluntarily. I understand and agree that neither Frontier Justice LLC, nor any of its owners, affiliates, liabilities officers, employees or agents may be held liable for any acts or occurrences that affect me, including any action of myself, my guests or other members, employees, guests or visitors, and I hereby personally assume all risks arising from any occurrences, acts, omissions, or conditions in connection with the use of the facilities, equipment, or services at Frontier Justice LLC that may result in injury, death, or other damages to me or other family members or guests included in this Agreement whether said risks are foreseeable or unforeseeable. This waiver includes myself, my heirs and assigns. I agree to further save and hold harmless Frontier Justice LLC, its owners, officers, employees, landlord, co-tenants or agents from any claim by me or other Family Members included in this Agreement, as well as my family, estate, heirs, or assigns. I have fully read and understand the contents, terms, and conditions of this waiver of liability and the Frontier Justice LLC Membership Contract, Membership Terms and Conditions, Hold Harmless Clause, Release and Membership Rules and voluntarily sign this Contract with full knowledge of the contents of each document. I am of lawful age, am fully competent, and sign this document of my own free will.

Membership Terms and Conditions*

I have been provided with and understand the following membership terms and conditions: TERMS AND CONDITIONS This Membership Contract is based on a minimum twelve (12) month commitment. The membership is open-ended and after the initial twelve months will continue and is automatically renewed for another twelve (12) months on the Membership Level requested above. For annual memberships, the fee will be due on the first day of the annual period. For monthly memberships, the fee will be due on the date membership started and the same day of every month thereafter for the twelve (12) month membership. The member may cancel their membership with written notice given to the business office at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the membership period. No cancellations are accepted over the telephone. Membership dues will be paid by an approved credit card, debit card or cash. Member authorizes Frontier Justice to charge the member’s credit card or debit card identified above for all fee payments described above. Member may not loan his or her membership card to anyone. Member agrees to follow Frontier Justice Membership Rules as promulgated from time to time. Violation of these rules may be the cause for suspension, cancellation or termination of membership at the sole discretion of Frontier Justice. I acknowledge that I am fully liable for all charges and fees provided by this contract. Should any default be made, the entire remaining sum due hereunder shall be immediately due and payable to Frontier Justice and shall bear interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of default. Any payment more than five (5) days late will be charged 10% on all past due balances. In addition, I agree to pay all charges assessed by the bank plus $15.00 for any returned payment or rejected debit transaction. MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGES THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES, AND FRONTIER JUSTICE LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN THOSE SET FORTH HEREIN. If any portion of the agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such portion shall be disregarded and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and in effect. Corporate Memberships are exempt from any auto-renewal.
