Psalm 16:3 says, “I say of the holy people who are in the land, ‘They are the noble ones in whom is all my delight.’” God is love, and the Lord delights in His children when we love others the way His Son, Jesus Christ, loves us: sacrificially, selflessly, and not because of anything we have done to earn it. We have so many people to be thankful for here in America, most of whom we will never meet. Respect them, thank them every chance you get, serve them in return when the opportunity arises, and never stop praying for them on the job, at home, and for the health, safety and wellbeing of their families at home.
