OSS HX-QD -7.62CAL is a strong “utility player” suppressor built with patented and proven Flow-Through technology, the HX-QD 7.62’s design and development were heavily influenced by the U.S. Army’s CSASS and SDMR requirements, it delivers 136-139 dB performance, is full-auto rated up to 5.56, and is cross-platform compatible up to .300WINMAG. OSS Torque Lock is a patented, tool-less locking system that ensures the suppressor will stay securely mounted onto the OSS QD muzzle device. OSS suppressors full-auto rating guarantees the suppressor passes the USSOCOM Reliability Stress Test, meaning they are full auto rated. The OSS Helix HX-QD -7.62CAL’s Flow Through system does not increase back pressure (blowback) like a traditional baffle suppressor. This innovative technology produces heat at a lower rate than a traditional suppressor, and it does not increase toxic gas discharge at the ejection port. The HX-QD 7.62 does not increase bolt velocity (+/- 5%). Therefore, muzzle rise and recoil are managed, and there is no increase in weapon malfunctions. This Kit comes with a 7.62 muzzle brake that is 5/8×24 threaded.
