Mike Brown Founder & CEO Mike is a lifelong firearms enthusiast learning to hunt from his uncle who is a Vietnam veteran. His love of the outdoor sports and a 25-year career in banking and the capital markets is the perfect leadership and enthusiasm needed to lead Frontier Justice across the nation.

Bren Brown Founder & President Bren worked full time in retail to put herself through college, graduating with a degree in psychology. She worked with women and children for a decade prior to devoting her time to her children. She has a strong passion for giving back and making a difference, always being true to faith, family and freedom.

Jason Wagner COO Jason Wagner was one of the first to join the Frontier Justice team. Jason was recruited for his outstanding client service skills, as well as his ability to manage a larger retail company. Jason has a love for outdoor sports and for veterans. His client service and management skills have been key from the beginning.

Kyle Fiest Purchasing Manager Kyle Fiest started with Frontier Justice in August of 2015 as a PT associate working on his college degree in Criminal Justice. Kyle quickly moved to full-time and into management as the leadership team recognized his superior knowledge of firearms and his sales skills. Kyle graduated with his degree in Criminal Justice and then was offered the Purchasing Manager position. Kyle works tirelessly to get the right product mix within our hardlines, using his endless knowledge of the sport. He took the 2017 first place National Title at the ACJA National Conference (American Criminal Justice Association) and he continues to shoot in local USPSA and 3-Gun matches for fun.

Nicole Reddick Design Purchasing Manager Nicole joined Frontier Justice in August of 2020. She graduated from Kansas State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Marketing and Business Marketing. She has been in the retail business for over a decade and has had experience in buying departments of both local and national corporations. She was hired to be the Soft Lines Manager, managing the entire front half of the retail store. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband, family, and friends, preferably at the lake.

Vonda Schnelle Controller Vonda joined Frontier Justice in 2017 after a 20-year auditing career in the Kansas City area. She resides in Lee’s Summit with her husband and they have been actively involved in the world of robotics with their son, who is now in college. Faith, Family, and Freedom is also an important part of who they are as a family. One of Vonda’s strengths is her ability to develop and decipher intricate matters which makes her a perfect fit as our Controller.

Rachel Valdiviez Human Resources Rachel was one of the first people to hear about the dream concept of Frontier Justice in a Starbucks on Douglas in Lee’s Summit. Rachel has a background in social services and a heart for people and service. Part of the original team, she is still doing everything from HR to ordering copy paper.
