Mike is a lifelong firearms enthusiast learning to hunt from his uncle who is a Vietnam veteran. His love of the outdoor sports and a 25-year career in banking and the capital markets is the perfect leadership and enthusiasm needed to lead Frontier Justice across the nation.
Bren worked full time in retail to put herself through college, graduating with a degree in psychology. She worked with women and children for a decade prior to devoting her time to her children. She has a strong passion for giving back and making a difference, always being true to faith, family and freedom.
Jason Wagner was one of the first to join the Frontier Justice team. Jason was recruited for his outstanding client service skills, as well as his ability to manage a larger retail company. Jason has a love for outdoor sports and for veterans. His client service and management skills have been key from the beginning.
Kyle Fiest started with Frontier Justice in August of 2015 as a PT associate working on his college degree in Criminal Justice. Kyle quickly moved to full-time and into management as the leadership team recognized his superior knowledge of firearms and his sales skills. Kyle graduated with his degree in Criminal Justice and then was offered the Purchasing Manager position. Kyle works tirelessly to get the right product mix within our hardlines, using his endless knowledge of the sport. He took the 2017 first place National Title at the ACJA National Conference (American Criminal Justice Association) and he continues to shoot in local USPSA and 3-Gun matches for fun.
Nicole joined Frontier Justice in August of 2020. She graduated from Kansas State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Marketing and Business Marketing. She has been in the retail business for over a decade and has had experience in buying departments of both local and national corporations. She was hired to be the Soft Lines Manager, managing the entire front half of the retail store. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her fiancé, family, and friends, preferably at the lake.
Hannah joined Frontier Justice In November of 2017 as a Part-Time sales associate in the boutique. She quickly moved into other departments such as Range Check-In and Firearm sales. Hannah played soccer during her first two years of college and is currently finishing up her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. In her free time, she loves to be outside, hunt and shoot competitively in USPSA and 3-Gun matches.
Vonda joined Frontier Justice in 2017 after a 20-year auditing career in the Kansas City area. She resides in Lee’s Summit with her husband and they have been actively involved in the world of robotics with their son, who is now in college. Faith, Family, and Freedom is also an important part of who they are as a family. One of Vonda’s strengths is her ability to develop and decipher intricate matters which makes her a perfect fit as our Controller.
Rachel was one of the first people to hear about the dream concept of Frontier Justice in a Starbucks on Douglas in Lee’s Summit. Rachel has a background in social services and a heart for people and service. Part of the original team, she is still doing everything from HR to ordering copy paper.
Josh came on staff in 2015 as a part-time Firearms Associate and he has done almost every job in the store since then. He went from part-time to full-time Firearms Manager then onto the Assistant General Manager position. After that, he became the Training Manager then the Event Planner and currently serves as the General Manager for both Kansas City metro locations. Josh loves to pheasant and quail hunt. He played Ice Hockey until he was 23 years old and went to school for Culinary Arts at Johnson County Community College. Josh is a vital asset to keeping Frontier Justice running efficiently.
Devon grew up in Indiana working for a major area landscape company. He went to school for Marketing while minoring in E-Business Management. Devon graduated college in the Spring of 2019 and joined Frontier Justice in July of 2019. He loves football and basketball. He has a knack for the digital space as well as a passion for firearms. Faith, Family, and Freedom are core values for Frontier Justice as well as in Devon’s personal life.
