Our No Regrets Policy is 30 days. After 30 days, we will not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the original packaging.
NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Firearms, Gift Cards, Memberships, Gunsmith Services, Installed Goods (e.g. scopes/optics/sights), Classes, Range Time, Rental/Usage Fees, Simulator Usage, Ammunition, and Paper Targets.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. NO RETURNS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.
Orders for in-store pick-up must be picked up within 14 days. If orders are not picked up within 14 days, the order will be refunded, less a 20% restocking fee.
Online Firearm Return Policy
“We are unable to accept firearms once they have been transferred to an individual. Once a firearm is transferred to an individual, it is considered used and is unable to be sold as new. All returned firearms are subject to a $50 restocking fee.
We do not reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned firearms. Once a firearm is transferred to you, all defects and issues must be sent to the manufacturer for repair according to the manufacturer’s policy. Firearms retailers are not set up to repair or process manufacturers defects through their FFL bound book. If you receive a deny, Frontier Justice cannot cover shipping costs associated with sending the firearm back. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Firearms that are sent back due to a denied sale are subject to a $50 restocking fee.
In-Store Pick Up orders that are canceled, will incur a $50 restocking fee”
